Metropolis Purple, which is owned by First Bus, notified staff this morning that the corporate is proposing to shut its Southampton operations.

In messages seen by the Echo, the bus operator mentioned its final day of operation could be February 19, 2023.
Below the proposals, the corporate would transfer drivers to different areas.
